CONFIRMATION, 2010

Sunday, May 23, 2010, five of our youth were received into communicant membership of Christ Lutheran Church:

Aaron Travis Jackson
Wilks Allen Kothmann
Madison Kathleen Trotter
Tessa Renae Wilson
Tate Matthew Woelfel

We pray for them:

Lord God, Heavenly Father, we thank and praise you for your great goodness in bringing these, Your children, to the knowledge of Your Son, our Savior, Jesus Christ, and enabling them with the heart to believe and with the mouth to confess His saving name.  Grant that, bringing forth the fruits of faith, they may continue steadfast and victorious to the day when all who have fought the good fight of faith shall receive the crown of righteousness; through Jesus Christ, Your Son, our Lord, who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, one God, now and forever.  Amen.

Each of the... ..Confirmands stood and... ..recited their Confirmation... ..verse after being... ..confirmed by Pastor Kabell
    They were presented gifts... ..and greeted... ..the congregation.
A reception followed the service... ..planned and prepared by... ..Sharon Trang, and assisted by
Debbie Hedgcoth and Wanda Seaberg.		 Each Confirmand received gifts... ..with a plaque of Bible verses,
the starting letters of which spelled
their names.
We trust the day will be one they
remember for a lifetime!
